We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic: All across Pakistan.
  • International: We don’t offer ship Internationally.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Please note that these times are estimates and can vary depending on external factors such as weather, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for select orders—please check our website for any current promotions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within the stated processing time, please contact our customer support team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there are instances beyond our control that may cause delays. These can include weather-related disruptions, customs delays, and carrier issues. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays affecting your shipment.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details, so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our customer support team immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
