Refund and Returns Policy

At Chaudhry Gadget, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible return and refund policy for the following product categories: Earbuds, Headphones, Smart Watches, Home & Kitchen, and Health & Beauty. Please carefully review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The return request must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Some items in the Health & Beauty category may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Check the product page for specific return details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Health & Beauty products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, etc.) that have been opened, used, or are no longer sealed.
  • Personalized or custom-made items that cannot be resold.
  • Final sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@chaudhrygadget.com or call +923704533676 to request a return authorisation. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Chaudhry Gadget is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    • For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Full Refunds: Available for items returned in new, unused condition within the 10-day window.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition or are missing components.
  • Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain items, particularly for large Home & Kitchen products or if the item shows signs of use.

Refund Exclusions:

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of the order are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following:

  • Size or Color: If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color (if applicable), please return the item in its original condition and place a new order.
  • Defective Items: We will exchange defective items at no additional cost.

Note: Items eligible for exchanges must be returned in compliance with the conditions listed in Section 1 (Eligibility for Returns).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

8. Return Policy by Product Category

  • Earbuds, Headphones, and Smart Watches: Must be returned in new, unused condition with all accessories and in original packaging.
  • Home & Kitchen Products: Can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Large appliances may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Health & Beauty Products: Can only be returned if unopened and in original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or opened products are non-returnable.
